Our coaching and training programs uses academic reseach and lots of personal experience to give you personal and qualified counselling. We create unique training programs for cyclists, triathletes and runners.

All training programs and Coaching packages start with a start-up meeting (phone or physical) (500 DKK) to ensure that you get a 100% individualized program suited for your life.

We offer a 10% discount on Coaching 1 and 2 for all athletes below 23 years of age.

Coaching based on academic work and personal experience

With many years in the saddle, experience with Manual Sports Therapy, Sports Science and a Master's degree in Performance Optimization from the University of Southern Denmark we combine personal experience with evidence based knowledge. By doing this we ensure that you get a personal coaching package which works in real life as in theory. No matter if your focus is turning pro, making it to the finish of your first ever ironman or a weight loss.
